Counting and interpretation

The corpus is a governed census of central instructional propositions, not every statement in the NT.
Numerator and denominator are reported together.
Primary and inclusive topic counts remain distinct.
Frequency is descriptive evidence and is not identical with priority.
Semantic domain is not contextual sense.
LXX/MT correspondence is not universal lexical identity.
Only materially consequential textual variants enter M081.
