- no held source-detail membership list is published;
- no internal review rationale or scratch field is published;
- no restricted LXX/MT occurrence data are published;
- M081 is aggregate-only;
- M080 publishes aggregate/book results and a minimal CEN-ID/category drilldown without adjudication rationale;
- network edges require support >= 25 CEN, lift >= 1.50, and NPMI >= 0.10;
- exploratory outputs do not revise sealed Final_Tier or Final_NT_Rank.
