GK: καίτοιγε ουκ αμάρτυρον αφήκεν αγαθοποιών ουρανόθεν υμίν υετούς δίδους και καιρούς καρποφόρους εμπιπλών τροφής και ευφροσύνης τας καρδίας ημών

Acts 28:2

KJV: And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness for they kindled a fire and received us every one because of the present rain and because of the cold

James 5:7

KJV: Be patient therefore brethren unto the coming of the Lord Behold the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth and hath long patience for it until he receive the early and latter rain

GK: μακροθυμήσατε ούν αδελφοί έως της παρουσίας του κυρίου ιδού ο γεωργός εκδέχεται τον τίμιον καρπόν της γης μακροθυμών επ΄ αυτώ έως αν λάβη υετόν πρώϊμον και όψιμον

James 5:18

KJV: And he prayed again and the heaven gave rain and the earth brought forth her fruit

GK: και πάλιν προσηύξατο και ο ουρανός υετόν έδωκε και η γη εβλάστησε τον καρπόν αυτής

Revelation 11:6

KJV: These have power to shut heaven that it rain not in the days of their prophecy and have power over waters to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as they will

GK: ούτοι έχουσιν εξουσίαν κλείσαι τον ουρανόν ίνα μη υετός βρέχη τας ημέρας της προφητείας αυτών και εξουσίαν έχουσιν επί των υδάτων στρέφειν αυτά εις αίμα και πατάξαι την γην εν πάση πληγή οσάκις εάν θελήσωσιν
