Matthew 6:1

KJV: Take heed that ye do not your alms before men to be seen of them otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven

GK: προσέχετε την ελεημοσύνην υμών μη ποιείν έμπροσθεν των ανθρώπων προς το θεαθήναι αυτοίς ει μισθόν ουκ έχετε παρά τω πατρί υμών τω εν τοις ουρανοίς

Matthew 6:2

KJV: Therefore when thou doest alms do not sound a trumpet before thee as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets that they may have glory of men Verily I say unto you They have their reward

GK: όταν ουν ποιής ελεημοσύνην μη σαλπίσης έμπροσθέν σου ώσπερ οι υποκριταί ποιούσιν εν ταις συναγωγαίς και εν ταις ρύμαις όπως δοξασθώσιν υπό των ανθρώπων αμήν λέγω υμίν απέχουσι τον μισθόν αυτών

Matthew 6:3

KJV: But when thou doest alms let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth

GK: σου δε ποιούντος ελεημοσύνην μη γνώτω η αριστερά σου τι ποιεί η δεξιά σου

Matthew 6:4

KJV: That thine alms may be in secret and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly

GK: όπως η σου η ελεημοσύνη εν τω κρυπτώ και ο πατήρ σου ο βλέπων εν τω κρυπτώ αυτός αποδώσει σοι εν τω φανερώ

Luke 11:41

KJV: But rather give alms of such things as ye have and behold all things are clean unto you

GK: πλην τα ενόντα δότε ελεημοσύνη και ιδού πάντα καθαρά υμίν εστιν

Luke 12:33

KJV: Sell that ye have and give alms provide yourselves bags which wax not old a treasure in the heavens that faileth not where no thief approacheth neither moth corrupteth

GK: πωλήσατε τα υπάρχοντα υμών και δότε ελεημοσύνην ποιήσατε εαυτοίς βαλάντια μη παλαιούμενα θησαυρόν ανέκλειπτον εν τοις ουρανοίς όπου κλέπτης ουκ εγγίζει ουδέ σης διαφθείρει

Acts 3:2

KJV: And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful to ask alms of them that entered into the temple

GK: και τις ανήρ χωλός εκ κοιλίας μητρός αυτού υπάρχων εβαστάζετο ον ετίθουν καθ΄ ημέραν προς την θύραν του ιερού την λεγομένην ωραίαν του αιτείν ελεημοσύνην παρά των εισπορευομένων εις το ιερόν

Acts 3:3

KJV: Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms

GK: ος ιδών Πέτρον και Ιωάννην μέλλοντας εισιέναι εις το ιερόν ηρώτα ελεημοσύνην

Acts 3:10

KJV: And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him

GK: επεγίνωσκόν τε αυτόν ότι ούτος ην ο προς την ελεημοσύνην καθήμενος επί τη ωραία πύλη του ιερού και επλήσθησαν θάμβους και εκστάσεως επί τω συμβεβηκότι αυτώ
