δωρέω, δώρῳ: to present, bestow, (Hesiod, Pindar, Herodotus, others); passive Lev 7:5 (Heb. text Lev 7:15). But much more frequently as deponent middle δωρέομαι, δωροῦμαι (Homer and following): 1 aorist ἐδωρησαμην; perfect δεδώρημαι; τίνι τί, Mar 15:45; 2Pe 1:3-4.
