Qal Perfect יָרַט Num 22:32, app. with subject הַדֶּרֶךְ; the way is precipitate, ( RVm headlong) before me, but transitive עליֿדי רשׁעים ירטני Job 16:11 into the hands of wicked men he precipitates me (see Di ; יִרְטֵנִי = יִָֽרְטֵנִי; Baer's text יִרְטֵנִי points to √ רטה q. v.); hence perhaps read יָרַטְתָּ Num 22:32 thou hast precipitated the journey in front of me, i.e. rushed recklessly in front of me; see Di; Kau^{AT leaves untransl} .
