Fast workflow

Step	Action	Use
1	Choose [F03] Page template.	Pick the page family that matches the page you want to build.
2	Fill [F06]-[F14] Page notes for AI.	Add the title, route, URLs, menu notes, and any extra instructions you want AI to follow.
3	Generate the prompt with [B15] and copy it with [B16].	Review [F15] before sending it to ChatGPT.
4	Paste the AI response into [F04].	Ask ChatGPT to return one valid JSON object only.
5	Click [B12] Validate / Repair payload.	Check [F05] to see what the importer normalized or repaired.
6	Click [B13] Apply import payload.	The editor will populate the matching fields.
7	Review the imported content in [F16]-[F58].	Check routing, menu settings, SEO, content, and structured JSON fields.
8	Save with [B18] or publish with [B19].	Use [B20] to republish an existing page if needed.

B10	Load template defaults	Template tools	Loads the selected template defaults into matching fields.	Choose [F03] first. This can overwrite existing values.
B11	Export current payload	Template tools	Builds a JSON payload from the current form and writes it into [F04].	Use to inspect, save, or reuse the current page as an import payload.
B12	Validate / Repair payload	Template tools	Validates the JSON in [F04], repairs common AI formatting problems, and previews the normalized result in [F05].	Click this before applying an AI payload if you want to inspect what the importer repaired.
B13	Apply import payload	Template tools	Applies the payload in [F04] to the editor fields.	Paste the AI JSON into [F04], optionally preview with [B12], then click this.
B14	Clear payload box	Template tools	Clears [F04] and the repair preview state.	Use when you want to remove the current payload and start over.
B15	Build prompt from selected template	AI prompt tools	Generates the AI drafting prompt for the selected template.	Choose [F03] and fill [F06]-[F14] as needed, then click this.
B16	Copy prompt to clipboard	AI prompt tools	Copies the generated AI prompt.	If the browser blocks clipboard access, the text in [F15] will be selected so you can copy manually.
B17	Pull notes from current editor fields	AI prompt tools	Fills [F06]-[F13] from the current page values.	Use when you already typed the page details into the main form and want those reused in the AI prompt.
B18	Save source JSON	Save actions	Saves the current page source record without publishing.	Use while drafting or before making larger changes.
B19	Save + publish page	Save actions	Saves the source record and publishes the page immediately.	Use when the page is ready to go live.
B20	Publish To Live Site	Save actions	Republishes the currently loaded page.	Use when you are editing an existing page and want to push it live again.
B21	Delete page source	Save actions	Deletes the current source record after confirmation.	Use with care. This removes the stored page source file.

F25	Menu label	Menu settings	Navigation label shown in menus.	Usually shorter than the full title.

F29	Enable TOC	Menu settings	Enables the on-page table of contents where supported.	Check it for long pages that benefit from section navigation.

F32	Meta / browser title	SEO and metadata	Browser-tab title and fallback SEO title.	Usually similar to the page title plus the site name.
