מְשַׁכֶּ֫לֶת according to. Thes noun feminine abstract barrenness, 2Kgs 2:21 (|| מָוֶת); if so, read < כֹּלֶת- Klo Kit; but probably Pi`el Participle as 2Kgs 2:19, compare Bur.
