קַוְקָו (or קַוְקַו, קָוְקָו) noun [masculine] might (?); — so read (according to most) for קַוקָֿו in phrase ׳ גּוֺי ק Isa 18:2; Isa 18:7 i.e. a mighty nation (compare Arabic [untranscribed source text 4702] strength; see (on reduplication) Ges^{«GKC:123e»§ 123e}); > RV 'meting out' conquered lands, literally 'of line, line' (11. קַו).
